March 21st marks the changing of the seasons from Winter to Spring, and this ritual offers us an opportunity to see which of the seeds that had been laying dormant waiting might wish to grow. In this ritual, we will explore what it is that we are hoping to nurture in our lives and use the energy of the Fire Horse to support us to spring into action in these upcoming months.

It is a tremendous gift to spend time with the horses while in the grieving process. They ask of us to be authentic and support us with their enormous hearts and electromagnetism. We join our grief together in this season to heal in community with the land, the horse and each other through our voices.  Ore will lead us in embodied practices to drop us into our bodies, open us up to release and move stuck energies and provide space to feel what is present within us. There will be an altar to hold our beloved dead and the grief we carry.  The horses are at liberty to be with us or not but regardless they will be part of the transformation.  Bring altar items, photos/items of your loved ones and layers.

We will gather, ground and Ore will invite folks into a space together to be with our grief and loss through movement, silence, words and song. All are welcome here.  Please bring proper shoes, water, layers, a photo/item that represents who or what you are grieving,  and a transportable chair if you need one.  

The walk is mostly flat.  Reach out for access needs

** NOTE:  Since this is a group space, know that you won’t be able to receive individualized support in the moment so be sure to take care of yourself and modulate as you need  **

We live in a death-phobic culture and do everything we can to turn away from the ultimate reality that every life that exists on earth will exit this earth. (at least in the bodily form that they are in!) Join me in a courageous circle to explore together what it means to turn towards our inevitable death so that we can feel prepared to face our mortality with love and dignity. Ore will support us to drop into our bodies, hearts and minds to create an embodied space for you to bring your curiosities, fears, stories and longings. From the practical to the existential/spiritual and from the individual to the collective experience of this moment, we will explore this taboo topic and form the foundation of community support. Ore hopes that this space might catalyze a growing network of community interest that can continue beyond this space to engage further in conversation and practice to transform our relationship to and experience of all things end-of-life. In doing so, we may even become even more fully alive!
